Chocolatey Things

Just for fun

In November of 2017, on a trip to Pittsburgh, I stumbled into a little shop that had the most beautiful hand-painted chocolates I’d ever seen. It was an instant “I want to do that!” moment—the second I got home I ordered my first chocolate mold.

A couple of years later I have a grasp on tempering, painting, and fillings.

And as with all of my little side hustles, I had to brand it. And if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page you can see where I took the logo and made it into a fully functioning OTF typeface.

After I finished the logo I went ahead and made the rest of the characters for the chocolatey things typeface! I even saved it out as a fully functioning OTF font. It is available to purchase in my Etsy shop.
